Norman Simon completes final double stint at Le Mans | |

| Norman Simon has just got out of the Spyker and handed over to Hans Hugenholtz. The German did a double stint but because of the heat Hugenholtz will drive a single stint. Tom Coronel will drive the final part of the race so for Norman Simon the race is over now. "It was unbelievably hot in the car again, especially the pedals. Fortunately I had two safetycar periods so I could relieve my feet a bit. I put the left one on the throttle to save the overheated right one", Norman said. With just two and a half hour to go the Bentleys are still in the lead. The position of Team Orange Spyker is also unchanged, 32nd overall and 11th in GT. |
